home telemonitoring program
The Honeywell/HomMed Telemonitor system provides peace of mind through state-of-the-art technology connecting patients with clinicians. It allows enhanced monitoring capabilities and provide patients with greater sense of control in the management of their health, safety and ease in the comfort of their own homes. Through this additional monitoring, caregivers and loved ones can be assured of the patient's health or immediately identify when changes occur so that the proper course of action can be taken quickly.
The system will send vital statistics of our patient to the home nursing office via an in-house telephone line; this information system alerts the nurse of any changes in these statistics. We can monitor blood pressure, pulse, weight and oxygenation, and follow up with specific questions about your health.
At Bon Secours St. Petersburg home care services, our goal is to provide you with exceptional quality care in the comfort of your own home. We have earned the Gold Seal of Approval through accreditation by The Joint Commission thus demonstrating our standards are set at the highest level of achievement.
